San Miniato is world wide known for the white truffle; in fact its territory is reach of this precious underground mushroom Among the many truffle diggers of the area, Angelica and her dog Civetta collaborate with Aolmaia Tuscany Society to lead the truffle search within the truffle tours. Civetta, a Lagotto Romagnolo race dog, won the 2005 National Award as the best truffle search dog of Italy. Angelica, one of the few women among truffle diggers and one of the best truffle hunters of Tuscany, trains, selects and breeds dogs of Lagotto Romagnolo and Lagotto Pointer races. For
