The main villa is set on two floors and offers lots of space for the entire group to spread out and enjoy themselves. There are large French doors in the kitchen, dining room and living room which open to the lovely garden area private to this villa and the table and chairs with umbrella. The pool is less than 20 meters from the villa and has a stupendous view of the valley below. The main entrance is in the large, eat-in kitchen (over 25 square meters). Here you will find huge glass windows overlooking the side garden, letting in lots of natural light. The Villa has a dishwasher and a sat TV. The villa has three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one room with two singles. It is possible to add another single bed. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and have a several windows overlooking the garden and with a perfect view of the landscape. There are two bathrooms one with a tub and one with a shower. The living room has a large comfortable sofa bed - this villa has lots of space for a large group!! The apartment LIMONAIA is for 2 persons plus a sofa bed. The entrance to the apartment opens through a large glass door, allowing for lots of natural light in the eat in kitchen and living room. There is a brand new kitchen! The brick archway is characteristic of the Tuscan architecture. The bathroom has a shower and has been completely restored! The apartment TORRETTA is for 4 persons, with two bedrooms - one is a double bed and the other is a bunk bed! Outside the villa is a lovely patio with a table and umbrella exclusively for Torretta. The apartments are equipped with tableware, linens for the kitchen and bathroom, pots and pans. The pool is 7 x 14 meters and has an inspiring view of the beauty all around the valley. These apartments share a common outside area where you can find a wood burning stove to make pizzas and other Italian specialties. The owners of the villa make available to the guests fresh fruit and vegetables, and they have oil, wine and other home made products which can be purchased during your stay. There is a closed gate around the villa and games for children. There is a washer machine for all to use.

countryside east of Siena, Castelvecchio is a large family residence with
a supersized pool. With a total of 5 bedrooms this vacation villa rental
in Tuscany is perfect for families traveling together. The main villa
has three spacious bedrooms, two full size bathrooms and a sofa bed in
the living room area. There is a green garden, which is fenced in all
around the villa. The second apartment has two bedrooms - one double bed
and one with bunk beds for the kids, a living room and full kitchen. Each
with their own private panoramic terrace. The caretaker is a great cook
and arranges weekly pizza parties and upon request she will work with
you to create a super Tuscan meal. Castelvecchio is in an ideal position,
located close to Siena (30km), Cortona (20km) and Montepulciano (32 km).
Lake Trasimeno is only 30 minutes away and the A1 (or major highway) is
8 km. Farnetella is situated on the top of a lush green hillside affording
it a fabulous view of the typical Tuscan landscape in any one direction.
There are many lovely little towns well known for their cultural and historical
patrimony such as Lucignano (5 km) and Monte San Savino (8 km). Below
the villa is a true to life town with its very own castle, the perfect
place to go and have an early morning cappuccino or sip a glass of Chianti
wine while enjoying the scenery. You can also find the world wide famous
(best known for its wines) Rapolano (12 km) and the famous cloister Monte
Oliveto Maggiore (20 km). Farnetella has two apartments and one large
villa for up to 8 persons. A total of 16 persons can stay here and be
completely surrounded with more than 30.000 square meters of lush park
lands and a private pool. Here you will find typical Tuscan cypress trees,
olive groves and the on site farmer cares for a small vegetable garden,
chickens for a constant supply of fresh eggs... or chickens and lots of
fresh fruit trees.
